The MRHS Auxiliary recently held its annual Christmas Breakfast at the hospital. Many community “celebrities” served for the event that raised approximately $1,500. The breakfast is one of several annual fundraisers the Auxiliary hosts with all proceeds benefitting the Auxiliary Scholarship Fund. Several $1,000 scholarships are given yearly to students who are pursuing a career in the field of medicine. Additionally, the Auxiliary purchases needs within the departments of the hospital that arise outside of budgeted items. The Auxiliary is a volunteer group dedicated to support MRHS. Anyone interested in joining the Auxiliary, may contact the hospital.
