The Mena Bearcats traveled to run in the Lake Hamilton Invitational Cross-Country meet Saturday, October 22nd.
Races were run with Class 1A through 7A, however, the scoring was broken down into two categories, 1A through 4A and 5A through 7A. In the senior boy’s 1A through 4A division, Clint Buck finished the race in 15th place out of 152 competitors, while Joe Looney came in 25th.
Fredrick Gudim came in 85th place, while Alex Buidim finished in 86th and Dennis Kirsch completed the course in 93rd place.
Mena came in 31st place in the team competition.
In junior boys competition, Mena’s Logan Myers came in 5th out of 148 competitors. Thaddaeus Nance came in 10th place.
