A 63-year old Mena woman was arrested last week for allegedly selling prescription drugs. Barbara Davis, of Mena, was arrested and booked in the Polk County Detention Center on June 24, 2016, on nine charges. Those charges include three counts of Delivery of a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance not Meth or Cocaine; three counts of Delivery of a Schedule IV or V Controlled Substance; and three counts of Use of a Communication Device.
Davis was released on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled for court later in the year.
All persons within this report are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
