Mena Police Report

The following information was received from Polk County law enforcement agencies. The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts. Individuals charged and whose names appear in this column may submit documentation to us at a later date that the charges have been dismissed, or that they have been found innocent, and we will include that information in this space in a timely manner.

March 9, 2020

A prowler report was taken at a residence. 

Joshua Lacefield, 28, was arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop.

March 10, 2020

A theft report was taken from a department store.

A lost property report was taken from a walk-in complainant.

Justin Cole, 30, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and on a warrant at a motel. 

Jason Robertson, 41, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing Government Operations at a motel. 

March 11, 2020

Officers responded to an unattended death at a residence. 

Jerry Holliday, 31, was arrested for Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Schedule 6 Controlled Substance, and Disorderly Conduct. Also, Natalie Holliday, 26, was arrested for Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Schedule 6 Controlled Substance, Disorderly Conduct, and two warrants. The arrests were made after officers responded to a disturbance call at a bank. 

March 12, 2020

A report was taken of a dog running loose on Church Avenue. 

Officers responded to the hospital for a possible assault report. 

A report was taken of a dog running loose on Oak Grove.  

Becky Stuart/Stroud, 49, was arrested for Theft of Property (Shoplifting), and Ali Stuart, 20, was arrested for Theft of Property (Shoplifting) at a department store. 

March 13, 2020

Randell Burkett, 27, was arrested on a warrant at the jail.

A harassment report was taken from a walk-in complainant. 

A missing person report was taken at a residence.
