Students at Mena Middle School recently participated in the Great Kindness Challenge. During the event, the 6th graders that participated in the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Math-A-Thon raised $1,745 for St Jude’s. MMS School Counselor, Leilani Rose appreciated the kind efforts of the students and said, “Thank you for helping others and making a difference!”

Lucas Levering, Kendall Posey, Evelynn Ellis, Joshua Ferguson, Mikayla Cook, Jeff McCormack, Cyzer Mellard, Vivi Denton, Katey Davis, Addi Dollar, Mackenzie Vincent, Kiayla Vasquez, and Eliza Mesko.
