Polk County Results for Preferential Primary

Polk County Clerk Terri Harrison reports that voter turn-out has been very low for the Preferential Primary that ended at 7 p.m. tonight, with almost 75% of the ballots cast being Republican. Officials contributed the low turn-out to lack of local contested races during this election.

The results are as follows:
