Report of a domestic disturbance on Polk 282 near Hatfield led to the arrest of Douglas A. Beck, 32, of Hatfield, on Charges of Aggravated Assault, Assault on a Family Member 1st Degree, Battery 3rd Degree, Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance and Terroristic Threatening 2nd Degree.
Arrested was Charles M. York, 32, of Hatfield, on a Warrant for Failure to Comply with a Court Order.
Arrested was Pat-Sand Barber, 34, of Mena, on a Warrant for Failure to Comply with a Court Order.

Arrested was Joseph D. Gonyea III, 26, of Mena, on Warrants for four counts of Failure to Appear.
Traffic stop on Highway 71 North near Acorn led to a 16-year-old Waldron runaway being taken into custody. The juvenile was released to the custody of the Waldron PD.
Arrested was Michael J. Harvey, 41, of Mena, on a Warrant for Domestic Battery 3rd Degree.
Arrested by an officer with the Grannis Police Department was Barbara P. Kelly, 42, of Grannis, on a Charge of Obstructing Governmental Operations.

Report of an ATV on fire on Polk 410 near Hatfield. The origin of the fire is believed to be mechanical.
Report of a disturbance at a church on Polk 282 in Hatfield led to the arrest of Brandon W. Gates, 30, of Hatfield, on Charges of DWI, Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License, No Driver’s License and Disorderly Conduct.

Report of a domestic disturbance on Polk 93 near the Rocky community. Subject refused to press charges.
Report from complainant on Highway 71 North near Acorn of damage to a mailbox and a vase, causing losses of $75.00. Investigation continues.
Arrested was James E. Wilkinson, 49, of Hatfield, on Warrants for two counts of Failure to Comply with a Court Order.
Arrested by a trooper with the Arkansas State Police was Brandon R. Falls, 29, of Mena, on Charges of DWI, Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License and Refusal to Submit.
Polk County Detention Center Jail Population: 23 Incarcerated Inmates; 7 Inmates currently on the Waiting List for a State Facility, of which 5 are currently out of jail on a monitoring system.
