The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts. Individuals charged and whose names appear in this column may submit documentation to us at a later date that the charges have been dismissed or that they have been found innocent and we will include that information in this space in a timely manner.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 41 S near Mena in reference to property damage.
Michael Krulcik, 30, of Hatton was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant.
Cody Nation, 31, of Valliant, OK was arrested by an officer with the Grannis Police Department on charges of DWI, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test, and Open Container.

Charles Low, 44, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for Theft of Property.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 284 near Hatfield in reference to an altercation.

Dustin Perrine, 30, of Mena was arrested on a charge of Disorderly Conduct.

Samuel Henley, 61, of Wickes was arrested on three Failure to Appear Warrants and a Probation Violation Warrant.
October 12, 2024
Deputies stopped for a motorist assist on Hwy 8 W near Mena leading to the arrest of Sherrill Hammonds, 32, of Mena on a charge of DWI.
Deputies responded to a residence on Polk 77 near Acorn in reference to an incident between neighbors.
Deputies responded to a residence on Polk 107 near Acorn in reference to a theft.
