June 15, 2026

Deputies were dispatched to a business near Cove in reference to an altercation leading to the arrest of Michael Carbone, 18, of Pencil Bluff on a charge of 3rd Degree Domestic Battery.

Chelsea Holtzclaw, 19, of Mena was arrested on a warrant for 3rd Degree Domestic Battery.

 

June 16, 2026

Cindy Watkins, 63, of Cove was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant.

Deputies were dispatched to a vehicle accident on Polk 42 near Mena leading to the arrest of Cyrus Stephenson, 25, of Mena on charges of Public Intoxication and three counts of 3rd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.

Douglas Manley, 43, of Hatfield was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant.

 

June 17, 2026

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a damaged windshield.

Deputies responded to a report of a theft from a residence on Polk 59 near Mena.

Stephanie Phillips, 49, of Mena was booked on a Drug Court Sanction.

Dakota Smith, 42, of Mena was arrested on a Theft of Property Warrant.

 

June 18, 2026

Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to harassment.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 29 near Harfield in reference to a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later returned.

Weston Dean, 50, of Mena was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 83 near Big Fork in reference to an ATV accident.

 

June 19, 2026

Joseph Stubbs, 50, of Mena was arrested on a Body Attachment.

 

June 20, 2026

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 42 near Mena in reference to a damaged fence.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 136 near Cove in reference to a possible domestic battery leading to the arrest of Tory Wilson, 35, of Cove on a 3rd Degree Domestic Battery charge.

 

June 21, 2026

Deputies were dispatched to Hwy 375 W near Mena in reference to a vehicle in the ditch.

 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office worked 3 vehicle accidents this week.
