William “Bill” Harold Weiss, age 77, of Mena, Arkansas died on Friday, March 26, 2021 at his home. He was born on Tuesday, April 20, 1943 to Don and Dorothy Buchanan Weiss in Indiana, Pennsylvania, and moved to Arkansas in 1979 to make it his new home with wife Jackie and four children – Tane Ann, Cyrie, Tim and Kerry, and going into the Home Building Business with Grosse and Sons Building.
Bill had a colorful personality and could always be counted on to be straight forward and honest. He spent most of his life doing paint and body work on cars and trucks, and was known to be the best frame man around. Bill liked classic muscle cars, and one of his favorites was the 1970 Chevelle. He really enjoyed mowing and maintaining his yard, guns, riding 4-wheelers and country music. He also was a member of the River Bend remote control airplane club and in the past loved to take his kids to race go carts, and really was just an oversized kid himself. Bill was very proud and happy with the life he had built for his family. Bill was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend and will be missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Don and Dorothy Weiss; two sisters, Mary Emma Grosse and Grace Walker; and one brother Raymond Weiss, and two Grandchildren.
