It is located at 100 Polk Rd. 282 in Hatfield across the street from Penuel Assembly of God Church, which is partnering with Covenant House to help provide spiritual guidance for residents. Since 1993, the shelter has provided aid for women in recovery from addictions, as well as physical, sexual and mental abuse.
