Potter Volunteer Fire Department Hosts Fish Fry/Ribbon Cutting

The Potter Fire Department held their annual fundraising fish fry on Saturday, May 6^th. The difference this year – they held it in their new 3,000 sq. ft. facility.

The new department includes three bays to hold their equipment, which includes two engines, a tanker, and three brush trucks. It also houses a training/meeting room, an office, and rest rooms, and is wheelchair accessible.

To celebrate their new facility that sits behind the old sale barn in Potter, the crew held a ribbon cutting ceremony at their fundraiser.

The Potter Volunteer Fire Department currently has around 14 personnel, including firefighters and first responders. Their membership in Potter includes approximately 600 people.
