
Tessie was a native of Montgomery County, Arkansas. She was a wife, mother and friend who enjoyed gardening and farm life. She was born in Opal, Arkansas 1932 to the late William Felix “Bill” Ramsey and Mattie Dooley Ramsey who proceeded her in death.
She is survived by her brother, Jessie B. Ramsey; sister, Mary Del “Katy” Ramsey Franklin McSpadden; 5 children: daughters, Angela “Diane” Bishop, Larrita Flatte and husband Jim, Terry Bruni and husband Elvio; sons, William Dale “Bill” Ryan and wife Dianne, and Charles Ryan and wife Suzanne; grandchildren, Jesse Flatte, Dustin Black, Jake Ryan, Devin Ryan, Nick Ryan, Shayleigh Ryan, Savanna Ryan Gilbreth; six great-grandchildren, and special nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Tessie was preceded in death by her sister, Dessie Lois “Tolly” Barron, brother, William Felix “Pete” Ramsey, daughter, Rose Anne Ryan, and by husband, Bill Price, and ex-husband, L.D. Ryan.
Pall Bearers are Jesse Flatte, Dustin Black, Jacob Ryan, Nicholas Ryan, Rick Foster, and Steve Moore.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 28th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Beasley Wood Chapel. The interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Montgomery County.
