
He was born November 27, 1930 in Travers City, Michigan to the late Fred Kaltenbach and Ella Kadlec Kaltenbach.
He was united in marriage to Betty Sue Lawrence. Virgil’s occupation was a tree surgeon which he thoroughly enjoyed and did most of his life. He loved flowers and had an immaculate flower garden. He was known to have the best garden in town. Virgil was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend. He will be dearly missed.
Survivors are: Wife, Betty Sue Kaltenbach, Four Children, Two Sisters, and a host of nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his parents, two children, five brothers, and three sisters.
There will be a general visitation and viewing for family and friends Monday to Wednesday until 4:00 p.m.
Mr. Kaltenbach will be sent for cremation under the direction of Beasley Wood Funeral Home. No services are planned at this time.
