William “Freddy” Fredrick Hamm, Jr., age 74 of Mena, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
He was born in Heavener, Oklahoma on September 30, 1943 to William Fredrick Hamm, Sr. and Fern Elizabeth Shupert Hamm. Mr. Hamm was married to Diane L. Tobias Hamm for 49 ½ years. He was a great humanitarian, always willing to help those in need. When asked by his son, “why do you always carry a pocket knife”? he replied, “to cut seats belts if I need to.” Most of all he loved spoiling his wife anyway he could. Freddy was a loving and kind husband, father, grandpaw, brother and friend to all.
